Today’s guest lecture for the Ohio State Electrical and Computer Engineering graduate course “5078 – Empowering the Entrepreneurial Electrical and Computer Engineer,” taught by Professor C. Emre Koksal, focused on frameworks that entrepreneurs can use to guide the growth of early-stage technology companies.

The session shared lessons from launching and scaling startups over the past two decades, along with practical ideas for founders working on go-to-market strategy, marketing, and product development.
